I purchased my iPod Touch protective case from Bargain Cell. I love it. I carried a cell phone unprotected and had to replace it after turning into a door frame. The new one is always in a rigid padded case. I've dropped it several times with no damage. When I purchased my iPod Touch I wanted it protected. This case is exactly what I was looking for. It is a rigid padded case that the iPod can permantly reside (I don't have to remove the iPod to use it). The ports are easily accessable. The front flips up giving me full unimpeded access to the screen (which I applied a protected film). The closed lid stays in place with magnets that are not visible.
